Holistic Inspiring Mentors (HIM) is a Community Interest Company and social enterprise driven by a passion for youth empowerment. Based in London, we work with young people aged 7 to 19, offering tailored mentoring, sports, and play programmes designed to educate, motivate, and guide them toward reaching their full potential.
Through secure, nurturing spaces and bespoke support, we foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and personal growth, ensuring every youth feels safe, supported, seen and inspired to thrive.

Where It Began
I needed a safe space. . . I found that very space through sports.
Suddenly, I was in an environment where I felt safe, using sports as a tool to stay out of trouble.
I quickly realised I had a positive influence among my peers. I transformed from a young person struggling through life into someone who felt guided and secure, knowing sports was my anchor.
